Sat in the drive thru today, had a small deposit to make waited patiently for 15 MINUTES! Then when I finally got to the window (closest to bank)I was told that all coin deposits must be made inside.There is NO SIGN to indicate this, otherwise, I would have walked into the bank and graced their "lovely employees" with my presence. I was on my lunchbreak & still hadn't eaten so time was crunched. But no, instead, I wait, patiently & then told I must come inside. I'm sure the tellers hands could have fit into the box to take my coin change, all wrapped nice & neatly in coin rolls. But NO! She tells me I must come inside after waiting for so long. Wachovia bank has been THE BIGGEST RIP OFF as a bank I have ever experienced. I have always had FREE checking w/others, but wachovia makes you pay $18 just for blank checks. Free checking is supposed to be FREE CHECKING! It IS possible to run the bank w/out having to charge people for plain jane checks. Nothing but bad customer service here!!!! ...read more

The Bank and Personnel are TOPS! Could not ask for any better for personal or business banking! They have kept the old fashion banking ways....treating customers like real people and like "family." They are always there to assist you in any way; even when it has nothing to do with banking specifically, they are there : ) They have no gimmics - just sincere and true to themselves and their customers.
