While delivering a mattress for my terminally ill mother, the delivery people broke the wall furnace thermostat in my parent's home. After being unbelievably rude on the phone, the manager finally asked the delivery people who admitted knocking it off. He asked me to send in the repair bill and they would pay it. I did so and never got a check, so I called them approximately eight times. The manager not only did not pay the bill, but was conveniently "not in" every time I called, and never returned my messages. Obviously I will never buy there again or recommend them.\t\nAlso, the last mattress I bought there for personal use lasted only 7 years and had 2 1/4 " "holes" where we sleep.
