I wish I could give this store a negative rating!! One star is far more than deserved. We went in to try on shoes for three 6 year old little girls who had just started dance. After looking at the shoes we asked to try them on and the girl gladly started bringing them out for the girls to try on. After the other two moms I was with decided they were not going to purchase due to the expense of the shoes because their 6 year olds supposedly needed adult priced shoes, the sales person then picks a sign up off a low lying table and says that if they do not buy the shoes that they will be charged $25 because they tried them on. The sign reads that there is a $25 fitting fee which was never mentioned before bringing out the shoes! Also, none of the girls were measured or "fitted" but rather brought out shoes to try on themselves with little to no assistance from the sales person. Once it was pointed out that the fee should have been mentioned before trying on the shoes the sales associates immediately became rude and said that the signs were posted, even though they were put in places that were not easily seen, such as on the floor!! I ended up buying my shoes for my daughter and because I did they reluctantly waived the fees of the other two girls that were there. Never again will I go to this store! Bad business and horrible service!! ...read more

I recently went into the store to look for some shorts and shoes for my child. The girl that helped me was very knowledgeable about the style shoe I needed. Yes the prices are a little bit higher than somewhere on the internet or Payless, but I would rather have them fitted corrected and bought that day rather than making a guess of what to order on the internet. They had a wide selection of shorts and leotards. Mostly sticking to the basic colors in leotards, but there were tons of colors in the shorts. I was very happy with my experience at this store and will definitely be going back! Thank you! ...read more

I am still a little in shock over my experience with this store. I walked in asking for help as my daughter is doing ballet for the first time. I was completely ignored and the girl just pointed to the back of the store. After about an hour. Hoping they would make time to help me. I get my daughter to try different ballet shoes. I was just picking out random boxes hoping that I would find the right pair. One of the sales associates finally notices me and instead of asking if I need help, comes over to rudely tell me that I am not allowed to go through the shoes. Even another customer was shocked my their behaviour and suggested I go to a dance store in Cary-Revel. It was worth the trip and the customer service was awesome. ...read more
