-They have terrible repair service. It takes them forever to schedule an appointment and repair, if they come out at all. -When you move out, they will take more than half of your deposit for cleaning. -The inspector is very rude and deceitful. -We moved out early and cancelled the electric and water, but when they restarted service for the time the apt was vacant, they charged us for the utility bill. -They require "professional" cleaning, but we receive an invoice from probably one of their buddies. -They charged us twice for cleaning the carpet, once for the steam cleaning company and one for the "professional" vacuuming ...read more
