Below is my sister's experience with Farmville Pediatrics this morning. "I called Farmville Pediatrics today to make an appt for my SICK daughter and establish them as her new PCM. I was told they would not accept her as a patient because it would not be a financially beneficial relationship for them since military families are transient. Well, then maybe you shouldn't be a Tricare provider." Won't accept the daughter of TWO members of the military who spent time overseas - ON 9/11!!! Way to be all about your bottom-line Farmville Peds... And speaking of "transient" families... Why do you think she called you today? Maybe because she has family in your area and while she may not see you as her main provider, would absolutely be repeat business if she needs care when in town to visit? ...read more
