My mother has been in pain for over a month now with a severe case of sinusitis. None of the antibiotics they gave her worked. The pain has still not subsided. She went in this evening to talk with the doctor and see if he could help her. When she got there the doctor REFUSED to see her. And in all honesty, the receptionist should be fired. She treated my mother with such disrespect. The first thing she said to my mother was that she wasn't going to write her a prescription for any narcotics(my mother wasn't even after any medicine, she just wanted to be seen). She repeatedly called her a drug addict. Then told her that she would receive a letter in the mail stating that she is no longer allowed on the premises. The receptionist then proceeded to FORCE my mother out of the waiting room while yelling at her. Then she SLAMMED the door in my mother's face! She hadn't even been seen by the doctor. ...read more
