*** PLEASE --- I am sincerely begging you from the bottom of my heart: PLEASE LOOK @@ at all of the other reviews and don't rent from this place. They have not been able to keep any reliable employees around long enough to make a difference, and the place is starting to fall apart. I don t expect a palace, but I do expect a modicum of accountability when something goes wrong, and this has been the extreme polar opposite. They apologize profusely one minute and are hostile the very next, & it's just not worth it, no matter what. Woods Edge Apartments

I lived at Woods Edge for three years and liked it until the management changed and the company started charging for water. I don't mind paying for water, and think this helps people be more conservative of that natural resource, however they did not adjust the rent prices. Previously water had been included in the monthly price, then they sprung it on us that we had to pay extra for water. The apartments were already overpriced and this made matters worse. There was no flexibility on the part of the management or the company (Babcock & Brown Residential) even for long-term, loyal residents. After talking to the manager I called the next person on the "ladder" and she never returned my calls. I called three times. Also, as the water meters were being installed by the contractor, the management said someone from Woods Edge would be present when they were in your home. This was not true. I came home to the contractors installing the meter and not one Woods Edge employee was present. This ...read more
