Accent Hardwood Flooring

We hired Accent to install and finish ~1500 sq.ft. of oak flooring in our new house. The mouth-breathing imbecile they had do the install was completely non-selective and installed numerous defective pieces in middle of floors. Many other pieces did not have the end gaps tight.\t\n\t\nBorders that were to be applied with screws and oak plugs looked like they were done by a blind man--with the plugs placed randomly and off-center. We had to rip them out it out and re-do ourselves. \t\n\t\nThe fool actually carved his initials in the beech tree in our back yard. To top it off, our young daughter had written "I love you, Daddy" on a piece of wood scrap, laying on the porch, and after the Accent Hardwood "professional" left we noticed that he had written "Bite me" next to it. I know it was him because he used a black ball-point pen for all of his marking. Needless to say, we hired someone else to do the sanding and finishing.
