Terrible service department with even worse customer service! Considering they do not take service drive ins without a scheduled appointment, you would think the appointment time would matter! Not so much with Honda of Concord. As I found out today, my 0800am appointment time only means "they will work the car in within an hour"!!! And this is just for a scheduled maintenance oil change/tire rotation. To make things worse, I had to wait over an hour to finally meet with someone in finance to cancel my maintenance plan and get a refund. And to top that off, they hit me with a $50.00 cancellation charge that "could not be waived"! I'd rather take my car to the local oil shop than deal with this place ever again! Merchants has been great for us over the past 10 years, but that's over. Have tried to use them 3 times in the past two months, but ended up going elsewhere for a much better price. The tires I bought Friday at the Toyota dealer were over $200 less that Merchants. And if you look as you go by: their business is practically zero. ...read more
