Never have I meet an owner with such disrespect, my mother had a problem with some sound equipment I tried yo return it for her, come to find out their are no refunds, I asked to speak to the manager or owner we I explained that my mother purchased the wrong equipment, she spent over 150 dollars. My mother doesn't read english well so she spoke to sales person who spoke Spanish and he guaranteed the productshe purchased would work.I explained that to the owner, he straightforward yolf me it's not my fault she doesn't know English, amongs other things, I walked away.
