Sears on HWY 70 deserves a visit if you're in the neighborhood for a new appliance or tool. We recently purchased a Samsung dryer from them and saved ourselves $156 over the big box stores. The staff is knowledgeable about their products and gave us good info about the brands. Although Sears has a crazy delivery fee of $75 (we didn't use delivery), they try to make up for it with a gift card gimmick. But, that's ok if you shop Sear's and need the product delivered for health reasons-save your back, let the pros deliver and set up the heavy appliances. 75 bucks justified.....I'm taking a second look at Sear's and will go back the HWY 70 store. ...read more

Who would believe that Clayton would have such a wonderful store?? This store is better than most in Raleigh for lamps and accessories, not to mention gifts! I can't wait to bring my family over when they get into town. ...read more

Every time I'm in the Raleigh area, I set aside time for this wonderful shop and I end up wondering how to fit all my purchases into my luggage! Last year, after traveling to NYC, Atlanta, and Chicago in search of the perfect houndstooth upholsertery fabric, Connie and Denise had EXACTLY what I wanted and had it shipped directly to the upholsterer. There are so many affordable items to make your home decor uniquely beautiful and the ladies will even let you take items home with you to see if they "fit" your space.
