I'm sad and glad all at the same time to see I'm not the only one to have had a problem with Alliance. Sad we have all had to go through this ridiculousness, but glad it isn't just me (not that I really believed I was the real problem). Our renters yearly lease ends in April, and they have to give a 30 day notice of vacating, so they should know in March if they will renew...right, and I pay a management company to cover leases, right???? Well I had to contact the owner/broker mid march and ask if she'd heard anything from the renters, she said she would check. Fast forward a month and a half, and we still had not heard anything...remember the lease should have been renewed at this point. So my husband tried to call and email, took over a week for a response that she would call that day. He then asked for a partial refund of our monthly management fee since we paid for services that were not given...she was extremely unprofessional, making all kinds of excuses of being busy...hello, aren't we all, but we're paying you for this. She then said my yelling (which I did not do-I did leave an upset voicemail, who wouldn't after paying for something that did not occur a month-and-a-half later) and asking for a partial refund were too much and that she was terminating our contract. When I tried to talk to her on the phone she kept interrupting me and actually started yelling at me. VERY VERY unprofessional and when I reminded her of this and yelled it back so she could hear me, she hung up on me. ...read more

I have been renting from yall for not even 3 mths & I have never in my life had such a bad experience with a rental property. I myself am a landlord & the lack of professionalism baffles me. They refuse to hang a light in our living room. my child & husband can not do work in here at night because it is dark she told us it wasn't priority and they are not hanging a light! they never return our phone calls. if your thinking of renting from this company think again. we were warned from the previous tenants of this same house but decided to go ahead withit! big mistake! carpets were not even cleaned when we moved in. ...read more

This management company has the WORST customer service. I very rarely write reviews but they were so bad I felt everyone should know. I was a prospective tenant of a house they had listed for rent. For 2.5 weeks my husband and I called, emailed and/or drove to the office they have in Garner. We NEVER received an email response or call back from the many messages we left. If you have a home you'd like to rent out I'd be leery about using this property management company. ...read more

Clayton NC Home Inspector Finds Crawl Space Moisture during Inspection

During a recent Clayton, NC Home Inspection, our Clayton Home Inspector found damage to insulation in the crawl space of this home.  High moisture levels allow condensation to accumulate on insulation which causes it to hang down and deteriorate.  This type of damage occurs over long periods of time - neglect by home owner is to blame.  During this Clayton, NC Home Inspection, we also found high moisture levels in the framing members. Even if you do not need a full Clayton Home Inspection, we will be happy to evaluate your crawl space for moisture, structural damaged, plumbing issues and evidence of termite activity. ...read more
