Service guy was either a straight up crook or extremely incompetent.\t\n\t\nHe gave me a price that was over 700bucks more than the repair cost. \t\n\t\nI did not tell him I am a retired Master HVAC Tech . If I were able I would have done the work myself for about $125 but I am old and unable to get up and down. these people sold me a condenser for 69.00 that cost 4.00 from there suppler in gastonia and charged me 118.00 more to put it on that cost me a total of 177.00 that didnt take but 10 min to put on and i was told that the call charge would be 59.00 and first half hour would be free on labor boy i was taken and even after all that my heat pump quit on me again they suck ...read more
