Had a gentlemen by the name of Ernie come to my home on Wednesday April 3rd and give me a price for a spring clean up. Ernie named a price which I agreed to along with monthly maintenance for the month of May, which I would book future months once I was happy with the service. Ernie tells me he will be here next week but will call to confirm. I don't hear from her knee on April 11th over a week since we last spoke so I decided to text Ernie. His response was and I quote "Will b next week with the rain coming tomorrow and this weekend. If u want to find someone else that's fine. We usually don't do smaller jobs so I'm having a tough time schedule it." Oh I'm sorry I thought you were residential Landscaping Company, I apologize. Mind you Ernie reached out to me on a neighborhood app looking for work. Instead of just telling me when he got here that he was not interested he proceeded to walk the property with me ask questions give ideas give a price set up a time and a date for the following week only to back out. I did call him and leave a message, and he did return my phone call stating that he's having a tough time scheduling it in because it's a small job. The house I own is on a quarter of an acre, with several plant beds, that was looking forward to the future of completely redesigning the outside and honestly having a lot of work done that I was not interested in doing myself and was willing to pay somebody to do. So just be worn when I think it pristine Landscaping I think immediately lack of integrity. You don't push the business come to the owner's house a potential client tell them they going to do the job and then don't do the job. Complete waste of time, but I do have to thank or any for his lack of Integrity along with the company because I only foresee future problems arising from possibly not a very good job being done. I've taken 3 classes with Everblue over the past 10 years. The first was a LEED Green Associate class in 2010 and was amazing. The material was spot on, the instructor amazing, and I passed my exam with flying colors. I came back in 2014 for my LEED AP exam and found out the original founders had sold the company. The class was still pretty good, but compared to my first experience it felt a little less personalized and more like I was interacting with any big company. Well, I am just taking another class with them now and learned that the original owners bought the company back a little over a year ago. This time is just like back in 2010 - ahmazing!!! I am really excited they're back and it shows in all of the little details - everyone is enthusiastic and seems to genuinely care that I succeed.
