DO NOT trust this business with your your items! The owner has no sense of customer service and ruined my wedding dress. This company damaged my wedding dress (two weeks before my wedding) by providing unauthorized services to my dress and they refuse to pay for damages. I had to have the bottom of my wedding dress spot cleaned after bridal portraits, before my wedding. I dropped the dress off a week ago, and the lady told me they would be able to spot clean the bottom of the dress and they would give me a discount if I also agreed to have the dress preserved after the wedding. I come back to pick up my dress, and the dress was ruined at the top. They refuse to pay damages saying that I signed a waiver- well guess what? You performed services to my dress that I did not authorize. I will get the money for my dress one way or another from them. Horrible service. ...read more

This place has horrible customer service. I dropped my shoes Wednesday afternoon and was promised to get them back Friday afternoon. I came in Saturday afternoon and they weren't there. I needed them for a wedding I was going too. I came back Monday still not ready came in Tuesday and they were done when I refused to pay he refused to give me my shoes. I paid since they were expensive shoes but I will never go back. They have lost my respect and me as a client and I will not refer them to anyone. ...read more
