Anyone is stupid if they do any business with this company. I purchased a guitar from them and when I got home I notice that the neck was cracked; so I went back to the shop and they told me that their are no refunds or exchanges. I was going to upgade if they would have offered; also it came with a case, wich I paid for but OB ( this was the sales person) said they did not have one. This was for my daughter 18th birthday.
