Took in 2 jet skis, one for servicing the other for service and carb rebuild. Were told when we picked them up, both were in "screaming" running order. Got them home, neither ran and the carb rebuild had never been done. Took them back so they could correct their mistake. They sat untouched for over a week, when I called to complain the office girl was extremely rude and unprofessional saying that it was our fault they didn't run. When I told her we would just come and get them, she told me "good, we don't want them here anyway, we have other things to work on." They never offered any solution to their shoddy work, we never even heard from the owner regarding our issues and he is marine mechanic. We are beyond disappointed with this family owned business, and would never recommend them to anyone for any reason. ...read more
