I had Nikki's recommended three (3) sessions of permanent makeup done. $150 plus tip.....PER SESSION.....for a total of almost $500!! It did not "stick!" Two weeks after my final session.....the work she did had faded and was half gone. Nikki does not stand behind her work or try to make it right......that is without you paying more money! I found another permanent makeup artist in Matthews.....she only does permanent makeup. She does GREAT work and charges considerably less! Interestingly.....many other dissatisfied "Nikki clients" are now going to her. An expensive lesson for me! A WORD TO THE WISE!!! ...read more

I have been going to Bignon's over 10 years and always received great customer service. Today I went for crochet braids. I still had crochet braids from my previous visit in my hair. When the stylish saw my hair she told me that I didn't need my hair done. She told me that she will cut the frizz off. She said that she didn't want to waste my money. She didn't even want to get paid for the service that she gave me. That really touched my heart. It isn't all about money at this salon. They always make me feel like family each and every time I come in. I truly appreciate you all. I can go to any stylish there and receive the same service. I love you all.
