If I could give them less then ... 1 STAR .... I would !!! In July 2015 I had Hendrick Porsche perform a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) of a used Porsche 911 I was buying in Charlotte. I reside in Florida and I trusted their expertise (in this case lack of...) in assessing the car's condition and I made my purchasing decision partially based on the information they provided. Unfortunately after I bought the car I realized how INCOMPLETE, SUPERFICIAL and UNPROFESSIONAL their inspection was. They reported problems that did not exist and missed critical information about the engine and other flaws even a blind person could see. Their job was a total failure and they did not do what they were paid for. I wrote and called without a response. I also reported the issue to Porsche of North America. I WOULD NOT HAVE HENDRICK PORSCHE FIX A BICYCLE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM. ...read more
