Who Is Total Motor Therapy?
Total Motor Therapy started because of the demand from my family, friends, and the many people who were asking for the "Stuff that makes old cars run better!" As a former Army Logistics Maintenance Officer, I've maintained some of the oldest vehicles and equipment that was there when I got there in 1981 and it's still working and operating like new today. Nothing replaces preventive maintenance and scheduled maintenance on older vehicles. I was actually doing some research on products to maintain the appearance, increase the performance and horsepower of my two vehicles when I discovered this unique product. I started my research reviewing preventive maintenance documents and engine performance enhancer products. Information is readily available for anyone who is trying to maintain that old car and help it survive the everyday torture we put our vehicles through. A basic thing as regular schedule maintenance such as tune-ups and the correct tire pressure can take you a long way and improve your gas mileage. This is periodic maintenance. If you are like me and a lot of people, you would like to keep your car until the "wheels fall off!" Only with the proper maintenance will this happen. I happen to have over 246,000 miles on one of my vehicles and the other vehicle is approaching the 185,000 mile range. I'm enjoying the performance of both vehicles and I also like the fact that I don't have a car payment right now. In my research, I came across an article about a product that was just what I was looking for. A product that: Could safely be added to any and all internal combustion engines ( including diesels ) new or 20 years old Would improve my performance and give me more horsepower and better compression Would be compatible with all types of oils, regular or synthetic. Improve my gas mileageThis article contained many testimonials and I came across some that had names, addresses, and telephone numbers at the end of them. Of course, you know I began contacting the people asking them questions about the product and the performance of their vehicles. As fate would have it, I ran across a gentleman from my hometown in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area of Virginia. This gentleman lived on the same street that one of my favorite uncles lived on. This was getting too good! I called him, introduced myself and immediately asked if he knew my late uncle. What a question to ask someone, right? Well, I was searching for truth and someone who would give me the "real skinny" about this product. SURPRISE! He and my uncle were friends and they worked as first class mechanics for the US Navy before retiring. If you know anything about military folks or good old Virginia hometown folks they also tell you everyone else they know, almost like proud association bragging! He spouted off how he knew my mother and all of my uncles, which he named and after a little more questioning he also remembered me when I was a young kid just hanging around there in the 70's.Next, he wanted to know if I needed some spiritual counseling, he is pastor of a church. Well I told him I saw his name and number in an article I was reading about this unique automotive engine oil enhancement product calledSystem "48-PLUS."Right then, I didn't say another word. He began to tell me how he and my uncle used this very product in their vehicles over 25 years ago.
