We paid $100/seat to see Jerry Seinfeld, and when we arrived, the ushers could not locate our seats. The solution: we were given folding chairs and told that would have to do. When we bought the tickets, there was no indication that the seats we were buying were any different than any other. Oven's is playing games and profiting from the deception. Crash on I-485 Ends Fatally

In Charlotte, North Carolina, the life of one has been lost in a fiery car collision that happened early Monday morning on Interstate 485. As reported by theNorth Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident occurred when an SUV lost control while driving on the highway, causing it to flip over a guardrail and then burst into flames directly on the outer loop of the highway, very near to the West Boulevard exit. Witnesses have reported that the SUV appeared to be traveling at speeds up to 100 mph at the time of the collision; however, it has yet to be determined if this was the actual cause of the accident. As of now, the victim remains unidentified, as the body uncovered by emergency responders was burned past the point of recognition. Clearly, much investigation will need to be done before this case can be wrapped up, making efforts to not only identify the body but to also determine the fault of the accident. It is not uncommon for single-vehicle accidents to be the result of something other than high speed driving, as is speculated by some in relation to the accident described above. However, extenuating circumstances will also need to be taken into consideration, such as auto product defects that led to malfunction, roadside flaws and the like. Until possibilities of this nature can be effectively ruled out, the accident will remain under investigation. If it is determined that an incident such as one of the possibilities listed above was responsible for the accident, the family of the victim may be able to file awrongful death claim on behalf of their loss. In cases of this nature, one of the best steps you can take is to secure the legal representation of apersonal injury lawyer in Charlotte, NC. Under the direction of an associate at the Lanier Law Group you can effectively work to bring your case to a close, whether it concerns a personal injury claim or wrongful death claim.
