Exactly what we needed! We were buying a brand 'NEW' inventory home that was in the market for a while and got a good deal. But was a bit worried whether it has any issues and booked Starmark Inspections. Joe did a wonderful job and gave us a detailed report which the Builder used for his punch list and got them all corrected. We are happy to move into it.
