Office for more information. Federal criminal charges are pending against TotalCare Maids and Kendra Denise Melton Owner, see federal law violations below: Criminal Copyright Infringement: Copyright infringement is a felony punishable by up to three years’ imprisonment and a $250,000 fine under 17 U.S.C. § 506(a) and 18 U.S.C. § 2319 where a defendant willfully reproduces or distributes at least ten copies of one or more copyrighted works with a total retail value of more than $2,500 within a 180-day period. ...read more

Cease and Desist Order to Kendra Denise Melton to immediately cease and desist using the name total care maids and remove all advertisement associated with total care maids name that infringe on the intellectual property of QualiCare Maids by 9/27/2015 or federal charges will be filed with the F.B.I. to prosecute you. A hard copy will be mailed to both of your physical addresses and to the F.B.I. Criminal Copyright Infringement: Copyright infringement is a felony punishable by up to three years’ imprisonment and a $250,000 fine under 17 U.S.C. § 506(a) and 18 U.S.C. § 2319 where a defendant willfully reproduces or distributes at least ten copies of one or more copyrighted works with a total retail value of more than $2,500 within a 180-day period. We are a real estate company with rental properties. We have gone through so many cleaning companies, because we weren't satisfied with their level of cleanliness.
