We are using Mercurygate TMS for a few years and find the customer service horriable. Requests for help with the TMS are ingored. Support for the TMS is limited or zero. If you do get support get ready for costly billing to the second. If you thought speaking with a laywer was bad, this company will bill you for them thinking how to fix a common issue. The TMS has no instructions on how to use and they are short staffed to handle customer service request. a typical responds time is a couple of weeks and you are billed for them logging your questions and passing it around to one another. ...read more
