I had a salesman out to do an estimate for windows on my home. I was told this would take about an hour of my time. He was at my home for three hours. I told him upfront that I would not make a decision on a purchase without thinking it over so that he would not expect a sale that night. I literally had to ask the guy to leave. This kind of high pressure sales tactic is not only bad for business it made me feel violated and helpless in my own home. I don't care how good the product looked or sounded. We recently had our old windows and back porch door replaced by US Home Exteriors. We were extremely pleased with the sales person, the installers and the supervisors, as well as the management personnel. We had 15 windows and a double french door installed and have been very happy with both the quality of the windows and door and the installation work. The windows and door were specially ordered for a custom fit and then insulated and sealed. The new trim work closely matched the existing trim. The installers were efficient and friendly and completed the work in less than two days. Mr Johnson, I would like to commend you and your staff for the time and effort that went into the replacement work that was done on our gutters from the tornadoes that passed through in April 2011. Everyone from your office staff to field superintendent to your installers all should be commended for their swift response and professional manner in which they took on getting the job completed. Having had extensive work done relating to the storm we have had contact with various contractors fixing a multiple of various damages.
