Cannot believe how dangerous this hospital is. Our relative died due to gross negligence and multiple cases of malpractice. A top executive with our insurance provider, told me to get our relative out of that hospital because it had a terrible reputation. We weren't lucky enough to do so in time. Our normally healthy relative who was admitted for minor surgery ended up suffering in the worst agony before dying due to complete incompetence + neglect. You may be taking a big risk if you have surgery or emergency care at this hospital. If their quality of care improves, I promise to write a positive comment..... but don't see that the ARMC administration has any interest in anything except for "cover up". I would not recommend this practice based on their response to their patients. You will always wait to see the doctor in the reception area for at least an hour. When the doctor finally addresses your ailment it is rushed and uncaring...after you have waited patiently for them!! The nurses take days and days to return any phone calls...if they in fact return them at all! Do they forget that we are paying for their services?
