Midway Seafood is a small country grocery store that has a small seafood mart within it which accepts WIC and EBT. The owner is a Wild Life Service Agent selling hunting and fishing licenses and handles vessel registrations. The owners are also notary publics. In addition to selling lottery, they also sell various lottery (dream) books which are popular with Pick 3 and 4 players. Midway Seafood is also the sole distributor in North Carolina for Eagle Books Publications which sells a variety of lottery books. The primary seafood sold is spot, flounder and whiting fillets, shrimp, scallops, snow crab clusters and when in season, Lockwood Folly oysters. The store is located halfway down Midway Road (between Hwy 211 and Old Ocean Hwy - Business 17) in Bolivia. It is family owned and has a friendly country atmosphere. ...read more

What a great place to eat. If you're lookin' for full flavor spicey food then look no furhter. This is a mix of soul, cajun, and down home cookin' at its best. The price is right and the portions are enough for left -overs the next day...that is if you can put your fork down the first round. Great hospitality and smiles all around.
