I have been a customer since 2000. Yes, I know it's a long time. But I know that my units are safe. I run a business in Asheville. Therefore, I need a lot of storage space. I rent 7 units from Bell's and they gave me a special discounted price because I rent so many. I'll admit a few years ago things got a little bad around there. But ever since the Patti Bell came in, it has got so much better. She has a great staff. Tina has been wonderful to do business with. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my storage needs. I have been renting from Bell's for many years. They are by far the best. I compared the prices and they are lowest. They have the best staff. They are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't trust my things with anyone else. ...read more

I have had only had a positive experience with renting a storage unit at Bell's. he current manager, Jeanie is always friendly and goes out of her way to be helpful. The grounds are clean and the location is both central and a little off the beaten track so one can pop in an out but not be standing in the hot sun off of a main thoroughfare. There is an onsite bathroom in the office which is helpful for long reorganizing sessions, and changing units is made easy with the help of groundsperson Teena.
