Beware of Frontline Media Solutions because the Manager sent to assist with your advertising or liquidation sale is more than likely a felon, most of the time a violent offending felon. Frontline Media Solutions employs these type of workers so they can avoid paying payroll taxes per each state they perform work. They set them up as Independent contractors and encourage them to set up LLC or Corporations so Frontline is not liable for Unemployment Taxes, Payroll Taxes, etc. Frontline Media Solutions also does not like to be bothered by "Attorney Generals" for Garnishment of Wages for Child Support. Another reason they advise them to be set up as 1099 contractors. So, if you are expecting a manager/workforce from Frontline to have any moral fortitude, you might want to explore other options. ...read more

DONT WORK HERE! Very Hostile work enviroment, Bullying, LOW PAY, Badly managed! managers lie to you, I have been working there since august 2011. I was told when i was hired there would be no sales involved, management said no sales so I accepted the job, then months later in December 2011. we get told you need to make sales or your fired, first of all that's misleading employees and the fact that for $8.00/hr you don't make commission on sales they would stoop this low to screw people out of a hard working wage, this place freaking sucks and I recommend finding somewhere else to work unless things change which they won't. Sitel employees tried to get a union formed inside the asheville site, but Sitel being the multi-million dollar company they are hired a firm of union busters to spread lies about the union throughout the asheville site, All the employees want is better working conditions and better policies in place. once again DO NOT WORK HERE, its bad for your health. ...read more

SEO’s and Internet marketing pros have been sweating bullets this year because of Panda. Why would a Panda cause an SEO to sweat? Because this particular Panda is from Google, and this Panda is changing the way websites are being ranked. The one thing that we have held consistent through all of the SEO fads and evolution is that the user experience and general “feelings” that humans get from your business website is vastly important. We design websites for humans, then search engines and spiders. OK. What is Panda? Panda is the last name of an engineer employed by Google named Navneet Panda. He has led some very interesting work on machine learning algorithms at Google. Navneet really developed some larger curves that advanced machine learning algorithms to a much higher level this past March. See, “Panda” was released this past March by Google. Panda did some interesting and revolutionary things with how websites are ranked. Some websiteswent up, and others went down. Some websites saw dramatic drops in overall traffic…just out of the blue. The machines are now learning this way. No more “tricks” or “bad tactics” to get websites to rank higher. This Panda update now gives us cleaner and purer search results based on exactly the data we want to see. Cool, huh? Writing and presenting good content is still important, obviously. And good website design is now more important. And presenting all of this in a website that is highly-relevant, feels good, has a high degree of trust, and is easy to use now rises toward the top over meta tags and stuffing web pages full of keywords.
