Britt & Tilson Glass

It doesn't surprise me that there are only 2 reviews and that they are not good. Folks generally don't write reviews unless they are disgruntled. If everyone who had a positive experience with Britt&Tilson, this page would be flooded. They are professionals in this biz, and have A LOT of experience. We went to them for putting in a glass shower door. The response time from my call to an appointment was a good first impression. The estimate was less than others and offered more. What impressed me as much as the price is that Bruce (I think that was his name) knew so much about both glass and installation. The installation went smoothly, without a hitch, and the guys that did the job were polite, left the area clean (this is a big one for me) and completed the job perfectly. We have since used B&T for putting glass in cabinet doors, and another much more complicated shower door. Again, excellent service and quality products. As for the staff in their office, knowledgable, polite, helpful, and even pretty. We just went through a renovation and have dealt with many vendors. I wish they were all like this. ...read more

Above the Rest Hot Tub and Pool Repair

My hot tub was diagnosed as having a leaking pump. I was charged $660 to order a new pump. 7 weeks later and they have disappeared with my money. The guy does not return phone calls, texts, emails. Today I called Atlantic Spa and Billiards. They arrived SAME DAY. They immediately diagnosed the problem as a leak from a pipe and charged me $120.63 to fix it. TOTAL..included the hour spent on it, the travel and the parts. He said a leaking pump would likely be a seal anyway and there was no leak. All fixed. Clearly misdiagnosed and clearly they just wanted my money. VISA got it back for me anyways so they lost. Do NOT do business with CarolinaHotTubRepair. I believe all reviews below MAY be false.
