I have been to Celtic Way in Asheville on several occasions and have found the proprietor to be very courteous and helpful. With that said, it is as aforementioned, not a store for browsing. If you are of Celtic heritage you will find her extremely accommodating but if not, shop somewhere else. I have worked in customer service for 20+ years, and have never seen worse than this sad woman. I walked in, saw the room blocked off, discerned the attitude after a few of her curt words & walked out. In a world full of excuses for poor behaviour, this woman has none.
