Electro Dynamic Service Center ordered parts to fix our TV without trouble shooting it. It took them a month and many contact attempts for them to return to return. Once the parts were changed, the TV was still not working. Service was not guaranteed and since this is not our primary TV we didn't notice the problem until after 30days from the so called repair. Too bad they couldn't receive negative stars, or even 0 stars for a review. ...read more

This place has gone so downhill in the last 2 years that I will never go back there again. Unfriendly, unhelpful staff and manager. All they want is your money as quick as possible. Won't take the time to show you phones or discuss what you may need. Had to go there 4 times this week to try to upgrade a phone, then they put a broken SD card in it and after 1 day the screen broke which they refuse to do anything about. A real shame as they used to have good staff there a couple of years ago. Take you business elsewhere. ...read more

Imagine that you have family pictures, important word documents or excels that have valuable information on your pc. You check the BIOS and see the Hard Drive is not recognize in the bios. You check to make sure all the connections to the drive are secure and reboot and get the same error. With hard drives no matter make or model they will eventually fail due to bad sectors, natural causes such as storms or power surges, and mechanical failure. I have included some tips of keeping your data safe. 1.Backup your critical data- You can use a external hard drive, flash drive, DVD's, or use an online backup program. These small investments can save you money in the long run. 2. Invest in a power surge protector- It is a good idea to invest in one of these due to power surges or storms that may cause you hard drive to fail. 3.Anti-Virus Software- Make sure you invest in a good anti-virus program to help keep your data protected. 4. Do it yourself data recovery- Be careful with this approach, usually you have one shot of getting your data back. Never disassemble a hard drive, it take a little speck of dust to get on the platters and it can ruin everything. There are allot of software recovery programs to recover your deleted data or formatted, but on common mistake is people install the software on the drive they are trying to recover which can cause data to become corrupt or not recovered. 5.Remember to keep your data backed up on a weekly basis- Again back up is very crucial to keep your valuable data safe.
