The DVDs skip and freeze during the entire video, such that it is barely visible. All three DVDs were the same, so I asked for new ones. The new ones were the same way. I have not yet to receive any good videos or compensation. Even if the videos were in good quality, the videographer stood behind the ringbearer during the entire ceremony, so a black tux and the bride's face was all that was visible.
