I was a patron of Big Sky for about three years. I even bought my first real mountain bike from them. I was always happy with there service up until today when I went to go purchase a set of new studded tires for winter biking. Today, they towed my car, because I decided to stop into the Goodwill next door first. So, I went in to talk to them and let them know that I was a regular customer and was miffed at the treatment. The man I spoke with didn't show any concern when I told him that I was considering never coming back nor that I was upset over being towed simply cause I went into the Goodwill first. He just said fine. Well then, fine right back at you. If they are going to show that as a local business that they dont care for their customers then I am no longer going to patronize their shop. I knew exactly what I wanted, went in and requested it. I was assisted by a nice young man who did not try to sell me something more than what I wanted and the boss asked me what my riding style was and where I planned on riding, agreeing with my choice of bike. I was offered a trial ride and the bike was adjusted to me. Once I decided to purchase, I was assisted with accessories, everything I could possibly want was available and installed while I waited.
