It's safe to say that I will never use this company again. 1. There are HUGE (possibly poisonous) spiders in my apartment. They didn't do anything to alleviate this until my father called the company to complain. They didn't actually fix the problem though, there are still huge spiders. 2. There were also other insects in my apartment. They were almost like slugs that kept appearing from nowhere. 3. They have charged me for things that are not my problem. Mainly my front door which aparently had a screen missing that I was not made aware of. The door, which I did not damage, is the rental companies problem. Even though we have called and called, they still insist on charging me. Also, they are OVERcharged me for some smoke detector batteries. If they had told me that they were bad, I would have replaced them with no problems. Instead, they changed them and told me about the costs a month later. ...read more
