They told me they checked insurane and item would be covered. 7 months later they send me a bill for $375 on an item that Amazon sells for $25-50. They Discounted it to $100. I called insurancde, and Pacific Medical never even called them to check benefits. Pacific says they didn't tell me it would be covered, but I was quite clear with them that w/out insurance I would not buy this from them. ...read more

I recently had a tooth extracted by DR H, he was the kindest, most professional surgeon I have ever been too. He had impeccable skill, as my teeth are very difficult to remove and he removed them in minutes. I got to go to sleep and I felt like an angel woke me up, the pain was gone, he came over and spoke with me about the procedure. His nurses were attentive and smart, they made me feel like family!
