H & L Drilling was asked to drill a well on my property. Be forewarned prospective clients, this driller ended up costing me close to a thousand bucks in preparing a drilling pad at the site he recommended. Turned out he recommended it within 40' of the neighbors drain field. Long story short, he accepts no responsibility nor any accountability from him. Owner, Shawn Toney, told me I should have known, yet he didn't say a word when we were looking at the spot that maybe someone should check with the neighbor, even though he knew we were near the property line.
