Bob is very unprofessional and rude. I am a tenant and called to discuss an on going issue and he hung up on me. Was raising his voice and getting very angry, not willing to listen and does not care. Not willing to listen to concerns or anything unless he wants to deal with it. Does not express concerns to landlord unless he wants to. Will never rent from him again. The homes that this agency has are ok but there seems to be a lot of saying stuff will be fixed. This I found out only happens when they have tenants as the owner of the properties do not seem to want to or can afford to make repairs as needed or required by law. I would not take a lease do a month to month so that you can see if the home will work for you. ...read more
