I successfully SUED the owner of this property management company. He proved to be even more cavalier with the law than with his real estate contracts when he decided not to even show up to our court date. I have filed a writ of execution against him because he refused to pay me (yes, post judgement). It is all on Public Record in the Gallatin County Justice Court. Case No. SM-2015-0000065- Tenants. Its a no brainer. Just avoid this company at all costs. To Homeowners: Why would you want to put your name and reputation in with this company? Anything but professional! They never return phone calls or emails. They drag their feet on everything. The front staff are very rude and uneducated. And the maintenance part of the company is dysfunctional. Seems like they are just trashy and try to screw people over on their security deposits.
