I am a previous student at Independent school (I attended years 98'-01' and I'm now 21 years old). This was the worst school I've ever attended. My 5th grade teacher was the worst teacher I have ever had. She never wanted to help me with my school work, did not stop other students from bullying me and singled me out constantly. The school said that I had "low self esteem" and made me go to a counselor, but that didn't help me at all except from relieving me from my teacher and classmates. Outstanding school, both academically and spiritually! Wonderful staff, and an outstanding ministry! Field trips to Yellowstone National Park and on the Oregon Trail!
