We needed a big shade tree to keep our bedroom from being a furnace in the summer. John took us out into the farn and showed us a selection of trees and with wise advice, helped us choose one. This probably took an hour. Then he arranged to save the tree we picked for two months until the leaves dropped an it was ready for transplanting. When the time was right, he put us in contact with a great guy who transported the tree, dug the hole and dropped the tree in. All this without a dime of good faith or deposit money.
