Riverwalk is the greatest!!! Anytime that we go over to Riverwalk to play, eat or spend the night - EVERYONE of the employees are very nice and courteous. We love the food at the buffet and at "Rocky's". We never have a problem when we spend the night. If we forgot something - the Riverwalk always are there to help you out. The gambling is loads of fun as well!! We do know like any gambling establishment that you can either win or lose - however - When you go to the Riverwalk you feel like you are getting a return when you win. I also feel safe when I go over to the Riverwalk - They have security always in the parking area. They also have security on the inside as well. The Riverwalk is open enough that you do not feel like you are right on top of anyone when you are gambling and having fun! The environment is always comfortable. You will have a great time at the Riverwalk!! You will enjoy the food as well as the gambling as well as all the employees!!! Go and have fun and BE HAPPY!!! ...read more

we were a late check-in and were tired after a long drive from tx. all we wanted was a hot bath and good nights sleep--this was a newley opened hotel/casino--we had no interest in gambling--the prices for the hotel had been advertised at around $5o.00 as a draw to the new hotel/casio and we were only going to stay one night so we gave it a try, wrong-- the room was wonderful --very stylish but the time we laid down to sleep it was like lying on a cement slab--both my husband and i did not get any sleep our backs and shoulders were killing us, we are not elderly. Early the following morning I told the desk clerk that the hotel should pay customers to sleep on their beds and better yet the manager should spend a night in one of their rooms to try the bed out himself before the hotel advertises to the public, i don't know maybe there is a underlying reason the mattresses are hard to keep it's visitors up at night to spend time in their casio's --hoping that they will pass their time in the casinos spending money.
