Tillatoba is a part of the Yalobusha County region/metro area of Mississippi. Major attractions include Tallahatchie Country Club and Parnter's Night Club. Each year in the summer season there is the Annual Blues Fest. Among the biggest companies in Tillatoba are Beauti Control and Janie's Country Store. The biggest schools here are Tillatoba High School and Tillatoba Elementary School. One of the best places to visit when you are in Tillabota is Camp Lakeside North Central.
