When we moved in it was a great apartment complex. It was quiet, classy, and comfortable. Now there are people loitering everywhere. People play loud music at odd hours. They added a bunch of poorly constructed speed bumps that are like curbs in the middle of the parking lot. They don't pay attention to who goes in or out (anybody can get through the gate). They raised the rent by $50. There are people standing about who ask for cigarettes every time I see them. Every once in a while the outside actually smells like a sewer. I wouldn't mind living here myself- it's on a golfcourse and lake, so the views are gorgeous! The Links has a great management team and is well-maintained- I highly recommend it! ...read more
