Review We used them twice this summer when our air conditioners went out. First time Mitch Wright told us if we went ahead and had a fan motor put in we would get a refund from the manufacturer that the part was still under warranty if it was within 5 years so he took our paperwork to turn in for a warranty. Two weeks later our second air conditioner went out and he charged us $500 for a $20 part that took 15 minutes to install.
