As a financial advisor working in the retirement plan industry for a decade, I can confidently say that I have found the most inept plan provider/TPA in the marketplace. Having taken agent of record of a plan with Dyatech, we have found multiple MAJOR compliance issues and have worked for 1.5 yrs to correct the issues. Lauren Cox is the rep for this case and we are not confident that their system or employees are in compliance with industry regulations regarding checks and balances or basic compliance knowledge. If you are looking to get nailed by IRS auditors be sure to hire Dyatech or remain with them. Having found this company to be entirely lacking, we are amazed that they are still in business.
