I would not give this customer service line not 1 star. I just hung up the phone with a customer service rep named PAT S. I ended my call by telling her thank you for your time and have a nice day, this lady clicked the phone in my ear before I could even finish my sentence. During the call she was very rude and curt. She did not want to answer any of my questions. I work for a dialysis company in the Admissions dept where we verify the patient's benefits through customer service for billing purposes. The patients that we service are End Stage Renal Disease. Obviously PAT S. must not know that the patient is on the brink of death andit is very crucial that we obtain the information so the patient can start treatment. I hope her supervisor gets a hold of this and fires her b/c customer service is not the position for her. I cann't believe how rude and inconsiderate PAT S. was. Our thanks for your wonderful care and for using professional judgement in sending me to Dr. Renfroe to have him check me into the hospital. I understand my white cell count was "NSA" when your staff did the blood work. It may have been a close call for me had I not been at Urgent Care. My regular Physician was booked solid.
