I also agree with Brandon's review. I paid for two pair of Carhartt pants as a gift for someone living elsewhere. Well, I was never told that once the payment came out of my account that I wouldn't get a refund if they didn't fit. So...once the ticket was put in the sack I had no idea that I wouldn't be able to return and get a credit. Your credit is a gift card. They should at least say you will not get credit if returned , you will only receive a gift card. BEWARE before you buy if you are purchasing a gift. So that my money isn't wasted I have to go find about 100.00 worth of stuff that I really don't want. I will not be doing business with you EVER again...I don't know of too many stores that don't give your money back or at least a choice. 1st off it is a cool store with relaxed atmosphere i enjoyed.I bought my gf a pair of boots off bootbarn.com $122. Then stumbled across this store and bought myself a great pair of boots. I ordered wrong sz for gf and found hers there for $149. I like supporting local bz even though im only visiting here. Well I needed to return hers tonight and they will only give a store credit for new boots with the tag still on & reciept. I was there twice in 1 week and bought my pair also so i really have no use for a store credit. They were almost 30 dollars more than online so the only thing they can have going for them is customer service which they failed on tonight. So if your buying for a gift, dont! ...read more
