This was a dream come true until I moved in. They think they are spiffy and nice but these apartments are right next to the interstate. Then on the other side you have a nice big train track that trains run on frequently. The french doors in the living room, one is fake. We have only lived here a month and already we have had to deal with unruley neighbors, bugs, and a busted water pipe caused by the maintenance man when he was presure washing the walls. We were not even compensated for losing our furniture, electronics, etc. Me and my family had to sleep in the apartment while they repaired it also because they refused to give us another apartment or a hotel room. ...read more

I decided to take off work to get a tour of these apartments. I was really excited to see them. I was interested in their 3 bedroom apartments. 24 hours before I had spoken with an agent in which I was told that they had 3 apts readily available. To make a long story short....I called several times to find out where they were exactly located in Olive Branch. No answer. Once I found the apartments, a lady came to the door and told me that I had to wait 15 minutes because they were in a meeting and closed the door. I thought they were open from 9-6, but apparantly I was wrong. Once I waited the 15-20 mins...I was then told that "somehow" all the units that I called about the day before were gone and they wasn't any units I could see. I could not believe it. I wasted my lunch break and time to be told "hold on...your not really important...we don't have anything for you". I am still wondering if that really happened. Good Luck ...read more
