Several friends and I ventured into Olive Branch on an antique hunting excursion. We were greeted by a friendly clerk - Johnny, who as it turns out is also one of the owners. He went out of his way to be friendly and even suggested a new brand he thought I might like similar to my usual brand but that would save me $15 per carton. He offered all of us a free cup of coffee and offered to special order anything we might want on a routine basis that was not in stock. We all chatted for a few minutes till more customers came in and Johnny left to "work his magic" with them. After we left we all commented in the car that we felt like we'd made a new friend and how nice it'd be if every merchant got back to "Customer Service" with a smile or more.
